Step 1: Moisten face and neck with water, apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to the palm of your hand, rub hands together, and massage cleanser over face and neck, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply 1-2 drops to the palm of your hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over the outside areas of eyes and brow bone, and the delicate under-eye area, avoiding eyelids and inner corners of eyes.
